Cooperation Against the COVID-19 Pandemic

We have a busy agenda on the devastating problems and solution proposals created by the Coronavirus - Covid-19 epidemic, whose global risk level has been raised from "high" to "very high" by the World Health Organization (WHO). In this process, many scientists, developers, technology manufacturers, engineers from different disciplines, life science experts, healthcare professionals are working on new projects or are announcing their readiness to develop innovative solutions to problems in coordination and cooperation; project suggestions, how-to videos, open source project design documents are shared.

We present to your attention the cooperation projects we have compiled against the Covid-19 epidemic. You can share news that you consider important with us at [email protected].

COVID-19 Collaboration and Solidarity Network

The biggest risk created by the CoronaVirus Pandemic; We were caught unprepared for this crisis. The most important step to eliminate this risk is the mobilization of science and technology for the same purpose. There is a feverish work on the production of medical kits and devices in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention process.

We decided to come together with people who want to discuss what can be done with a collective mind, make decisions on issues that can be taken quickly, form working groups and work together in cooperation. If you want to participate, you can fill out the form below and share this form with the people who will be eligible to participate.

COVID-19 Multidisciplinary Data Science Working Group

With this form, you can apply to join the COVID-19 Multidisciplinary Data Science Working Group. Persons from all disciplines (data scientist, machine learning engineer, doctor, lawyer, etc.) who will ACTIVEly contribute to data-driven studies related to COVID-19 can be included in the program.

COVID-19 Competency Map (TR)

In order to see the areas where cooperation can be developed against the COVID-19 pandemic, all companies working in the fields of diagnosis, treatment and prevention will use their existing knowledge, skills and infrastructure, products, technologies and services. COVID-19 on competency map We invite you to share.

COVID-19 Open Research Dataset (CORD-19)

A Free, Open Resource for the Global Research Community: In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Allen Institute for AI has partnered with leading research groups to prepare and distribute the COVID-19 Open Research Dataset (CORD-19), a free resource of over 44,000 scholarly articles, including over 29,000 with full text, about COVID-19 and the coronavirus family of viruses for use by the global research community.

Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) Pathogen Evolution @Nextstrain

Nextstrain is an open project for real-time tracking of pathogen evolution. Genomic analysis of the COVID-19 outbreak is also reported with data collected from all over the world.

COVID-19 Open Research Dataset Challenge (CORD-19)

An AI challenge with AI2, CZI, MSR, Georgetown, NIH & The White House

COVID-19 Radiology Database

In the "COVID Database" project, which was developed together with volunteers who are experts in the field of medicine, it is aimed to create a large database, especially about COVID-19 disease, by combining lung x-rays and computed tomography images with detailed metadata.

COVID-19 Prevention and Treatment Handbook

When Covid-19 cases began to appear in China, doctors contributed to the preparation of this handbook by sharing their experiences with healthcare colleagues around the world, while trying to save the lives of patients.

PPE, Medical Equipment and Devices

A large number of medical devices are required in the treatment of COVID-19 (eg ventilators). Necessary PPE and medical device shortages will continue to create significant problems all over the world. You can access the documents including the standards related to the commonly used materials and devices below, and if you have the production capacity, you can consider the production in cooperation.
