We tried to find answers to the following questions in the Ihlimce Talks moderated by Zehra Doruk, one of the founders of our association, and technology writer Serdar Kuzuloğlu, and UNDP Goodwill Ambassador Mert Fırat, in order to think about technology in terms of climate:

The climate crisis, like the COVID-19 crisis, causes us to question all economic, environmental and social systems as a whole. What role does technology play in solving these crises, which increase inequalities and affect vulnerable and disadvantaged groups more?

While trying to get used to the new normals, what can we expect from technology to create a more egalitarian, climate and environment-friendly system after the epidemic? How does inequality in access to technology deepen inequality in other areas? Is an open, equitable and footprint-free technological breakthrough possible in a struggle where we will leave no one behind?
