The 4th Information and Document Management Department Student Congress started online at 10:00 on Thursday, April 16, 2020 and ended at 18:00 after the evaluation and closing.

The Opening Speech of the 4th Information and Records Management Department Student Congress held online was given by Murat Küçükgirgin, President of Open Innovation Association. The title of Küçükgirgin's speech was “Open Innovation to Live and Keep Alive”.
